Quest Diagnostics to Present at Investor Conferences

Kenneth W. Freeman, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, is scheduled to speak at the Banc of America Securities Healthcare Conference on Thursday, March 29, 2001 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.
