Quest Diagnostics to Speak at The Banc of America Securities Healthcare Conference


LYNDHURST, N.J., May 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Quest Diagnostics Incorporated (NYSE: DGX), the nation's leading provider of diagnostic testing, information and services, announced that Robert A. Hagemann, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, is scheduled to speak at the Banc of America Securities Healthcare Conference on Tuesday, May 17, 2005, at the Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. The Quest Diagnostics presentation is scheduled to begin at 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.

During the conference, the company will reiterate its 2005 guidance of revenue growth of between 5% and 6%, operating income of between 18% and 19% of revenues, and earnings per diluted share of between $5.45 and $5.55.
